Went well for the initial work.  Unfortunately, they went out of business after we'd paid 3 months for the 2015 services.  They called and said they would refund the money, but at this time, we have not seen a check for it.  It's been about 3 months since we were first contacted.  Hopefully the money will show up.
This concept was great, and I'm sorry that they decided not to continue the business.  Hope someone else takes over where they left off.

The dryer vent service was good, but I had to call them again when they came to clean the gutter, because they didn't clean them properly, and they didn't replace the screens on the gutters.

I was very pleased with the entire crew from Home heroes. They worked extremely hard, were very efficient and performed excellently. I was more than happy with the service they performed. I had a large carpet in the family room with an additional throw rug, that hadn't been cleaned in quite a while, they removed all of the stains and made the carpet and the throw look new. I had a lot of heavy furniture that needed to be moved and they waited until the carpet was dry to move the furniture back. They also gave me helpful advice on how to maintain the carpet. I'll hire them for other services, also.
