Steve was thorough, precise, polite, communicated well, and was very neat in doing potentially messy work (removing plaster). He provided bids for all the work I asked for and when I reconsidered some of the projects, easily adjusted the bid and began work on the projects I identified. All were completed smoothly. Phone calls were promptly returned, he was cheerful, and after all the work was completed and I was thanking him, he said, "Well, I just try to work on a house like it was my own". That says it all!
