Mr. Henryk Lepis came to my home to evaluate cracks in my stucco. He did a through assessment and explained the cracks were due to sun and not water damage. No repair was necessary. He gave me suggestions for preventing water damage and minimizing the appearance of the cracks. He even declined to take payment. He proved to be honest with the utmost integrity. By contrast, another contractor gave me a quote of $8,000. Thank you Mr. Lepis.

I cannot recommend this company enough. Henry was very friendly and willing to share a wealth of knowledge even before I signed a contract. The team that worked on my chimney did an amazing job - very professional, excellent quality and friendly. I highly recommend Henry and his team.

They did a beautiful job

On July 10. I called H&L, Henry told me he would come out and give me an estimate of cost to repair stucco on chimney. After more than week, I called again and Henry told me he would have Andrey come by and look at repairs needed. Andrey did come and look at chimney; however, I did not hear back from Andre or Henry. I called again and the lady that answered the phone told me Henry would contact me. It is now July 27 and no one from H&L has contacted me.

I found Henryk and his repair guy to be very professional and knowledgeable. His bid was very fair & the quality of work was fantastic.

Henryk was responsive and came right out to look at the job when we called him. He explained what he would do and why, and was very professional. EIFS is tricky, and not everyone has the expertise or desire to work on it. We were very pleased with Henryk's work, and would use him again.

He is an old school craftsman and very concerned with detail. His crew was very polite and respectful -They answered all my questions and cleaned up at the end of each day. The work they did was very well done and everything looks just like it did before we started. We have asked them to quote some other work for us, as well.
