Disappointing. Got the bill today - it seemed high. I called to complain, and was told they had made a mistake - overcharged by $120! If I hadn't called, I would have been out $120. Plus, they spelled my name incorrectly. Carpet installation itself was slap-dash. Carpet runner had nice finished ends. The installer cut them off. So now the top and bottom steps have unfinished ends. Bothers me every time I see them.

THE INSTALLATION WAS GREAT. IT LOOKS BEAUTIFUL. THEY WERE ON TIME, AND FINISHED QUICKLY. THEY ALSO INSTALLED SOME CARPET AT OUR RENTAL HOUSE, ALSO LOOKS GREAT. GREAT PRICE, AND QUALITY.
