We are very satisfied with our Spring yard clean-up that was recently performed by Garcia's Landscape Maintenance. Everyone we dealt with, including office personnel, workers and Pedro himself were knowledgeable, friendly and professional. My husband was very pleased with the quality of work performed. When I would go outside, one of the workers would come up and asked if I had a question or concern. They also asked questions as necessary to make sure they understood our instructions as well. We did a final walk-through to ensure all was completed to our satisfaction. I highly recommend their services!

So far so good! We recently started a monthly lawn maintenance contract with Garcia's and so far we've been happy with their work. The quote process was pretty seamless and they were able to start the following week. Only one crew member shows up at our house at each appointment but he manages to take care of all the work by himself. He stays as long as he needs to get get the job done. This usually includes weeding, mowing, trimming and clean up. We look forward to continuing our contract with them!

Pedro and his team do a great job. They are reliable, pay attention to detail and are always open to suggestions and feedback. We have had several landscapers through the years and with Pedro our yard has never looked better.

As president of my HOA, I was part of the board that hired Pedro and his crew two years ago to take care of our HOA common area maintenance. We have an ongoing contract/relationship with him. Pedro has been punctual, responsive, thorough, and helpful. He answers his phone/e-mail and delivers in a timely fashion. He has lots of experience and shares what he knows. He does what he says he's going to do, which is not all that common in the landscaping/construction industry. He's very easy to work with. It's also great that he's able to do so much. My neighbors have hired him to fix fences, do small repairs, take care of their lawns, fix irrigation systems, remove trees, etc. I hired him to take care of my own personal lawn a couple of weeks ago. He and his crew dethatched, aerated, and reseeded/overseeded my lawn, and he adjusted my sprinklers. Everything looks great. He's not always the cheapest service out there, but he goes over and above. If he says he's going to do something, he does it. You'll never get anything less than fully professional service. It's well worth the price, and I highly recommend him.

Pedro gave me a good price and his crew was great. I have a very large front, back and side yard . They weeded, mowed, edged, trimmed and removed a big pile of yard debris. The yard looks beautiful! They were on time and nice to work with. I decided to hire them twice every month to keep up my yard !

Pedro and his crew have been excellent! They are on time every week and my yard always looks spectacular. I was originally only going to hire them for the summer months to free up some time, but after seeing the quality of the service, I will keep them on forever. I have a large city lot, and the time I have saved using their service has been worth every dollar. Thank you!

They are very good. I also have them do special jobs. Recently, they built a fence for me. They also do a lot houses in the neighborhood.

They are here every Tuesday.  The cost is per month.

Too many promises made and broken by previous contractors and we used companies both small and large. I returned to Angie's List and this time saw Garcia's. Pedro's website is impressive and he responded to a voicemail message after his normal business hours to set up a walkthrough two days later. We explained the work we wanted done on an on-going basis. Pedro's response was refreshing, he said that what we were asking for wasn't any big deal. We selected his premium services package. It has been two full months and everything has gone great. We have been so impressed by Pedro's 'can do' attitude and the quality of his work that we have hired him to do additional projects besides the weekly service.

Professional, reasonable price, good job. What more could you ask for!
