Both Carmen and her husband have been good to work with.

Gilberto & Carman - and various family members -  have been with me for nearly 3 years. They are a delightful family who take pride in their work, and have been reliable and responsible.  Obviously I'm quite pleased to have them.
They will do additional chores when needed - depending on extent it's included in monthly charge, but if extra charge is necessary it's always reasonable. The recent lawn do over was a big project and they volunteered to shave labor cost. Actually I ended up 
feeling guilty for accepting that because, for various reasons -none their fault, it took longer than anticipated.

They are very reliable. We like them as people; they're good people. They also mowed and edged our yard while it was on the market for 9 months. They were very inexpensive for that work.

Her price is reasonable and quality work is good too. She is very easy to communicate with. Although she doesn't speak very good English, she makes a very good effort for us to understand her. She is good overall.

They have done weeding, lawn mowing, edging, and other maintenance on the yard. They do an excellent job, and have been able to fit us in on short notice. We have been especially pleased with there mowing and edging. The prices are quite reasonable.
