I MEAN OVERALL, I THINK THEY TRIED TO FIX IT, BUT IF IT'S A BAD PRODUCT, IT FAILED. WE HAD ONE WINDOW UP IN THE ATTIC, AND THEY REFUSED TO CHANGE IT. NOW WE HAVE TO BUY A NEW WINDOW. WE HAD THREE OTHER WINDOWS THAT FAILED. THEY SAY THEY'LL COME OUT, AND THEY WON'T COME OUT. IF I HAD TO DO IT AGAIN, I'D GO TO ANOTHER COMPANY. I WAS VERY UNHAPPY.

THE FORMER HOUSE OWNER CALLED THIS COMPANY AND SCHEDULED THE WORKER TO COME AFTER WE MOVED IN THE HOUSE. THE JOB WAS DONE AS SCHEDULED WITHOUT CHARGE. NICE JOB.

WE ORDERED AND HAD DELIVERED 5 WINDOWS FOR THE FRONT OF MY HOME. ONCE THEY WERE INSTALLED WE HAD THE SCREENS DELIVERED. WE ALSO HAD THEM BACK TO REPLACE A WINDOW THAT HAD CRACKED A MONTH AFTER IT WAS INSTALLED. THEY WERE PROMPT WITH DELIVERY AND WITH REPLACEMENT OF THE GLASS.
