DR Davis Lock & Safe

The Cadillac agency made keys two different times and couldn't get it right. I went to Dr. Davis, The first key they made worked perfectly. They are much closer than the Cadillac agency on 11th Ave in Portland. I wish I had gone to Dr. Davis the first time and saved myself about 2 1/2 hours and a lot of frustration.

Punctual and professional in emergency situation when house key misplaced in public location.

I called and took my boat down to their shop. They started right away and completed the work of making a new key in the estimated amount of time and charged me the price they estimated on the phone.

Locksmith was available immediately, showed up promptly, explained the work he would do, did it, verified the work with me, and made sure I was completely satisfied before leaving. The whole process took less than an hour. He even fixed a door jamb issue that was interfering with one of the deadbolts. I would surely use these guys again.

They were on time. They installed the lock quickly and helped me understand whichever lock I needed, so I researched for them prior to the work. They were reasonable on the price. I would use them in the future

They are awesome and super responsive. The owner had to order a special lock and got that back and put it in really fast for us. Their responsiveness really stood out to his; we really appreciated his thorough follow up. His pricing is reasonable and I will use him again in a heartbeat.

I called to schedule an apppointment and they said they could be here in 20 minutes. Think they were here in 15 and spent about a half hour cleaning and repairing the lock. I was extremely pleased. We have used D. R. Davis Locksmith in Tualatin since moving in over 15 years ago. They are the only locksmith I trust for their work and integrity. If you are looking for a locksmith you can trust, I'd recommend D. R. Davis in Tualatin (they are located by the Fred Meyer if you just need keys made...they work every time I've had one made!)

They were lovely. He had to come back because it was unusual. It took them close to an hours worth of work, and we are quite a ways away, so I thought the price was quite fair.

The service was straight-forward, which is all we were looking for in a locksmith. He showed up on time, changed the locks quickly, and was on his way. We were pleased with the service.

Representative came out same day as requested and did a great job. Keyed the new lock to match existing locks. Prior to trip out to the house double-checked finish and lock type so it would match existing hardware and could be rekeyed.

He was prompt and courteous. He got the job done in a reasonable amount of time. I would call them again

THE FELLOW THAT OWNS IT IS THE ONE THAT ACTUALLY SERVICED ME, AND HE WAS SUPER. HE WAS VERY RESPONSIVE. FOR EXAMPLE, WE NEEDED TO HAVE A NEW MAILBOX KEY, HE KNEW EXACTLY WHAT TO DO AND SUGGESTED TO US WHAT WE SHOULD BE USING. IT DIDN'T WORK, SO WE TOOK IT BACK AND HE REORDERED WHAT WE NEEDED. WE HAVE HAD OTHER EXPERIENCES WITH OTHER LOCKSMITHS IN THE AREA AND HIS PRICES WERE VERY REASONABLE.
