The services and two gentlemen that came were extremely professional and kind. I definitely would hire them again. However, the part that baffles me is that they charged $35 for using a black light flashlight. $35!! They literally turned on the flashlight and showed where the urine was. Helpful? Yes. But for how great the company seems to be, charging for that is ridiculous. I understand that companies have hidden fees, but that was just outright ridiculous. They can do better.

Came when they said they would. Were honest about how the carpet was not really that dirt. Did everything they promised plus an additional area rug. I would have them back again anytime.

They called to make sure we were ready and showed up a little early. Their equipment was great. Their workers very professional explaining everything they were doing. They made sure we were fully informed of everything and did an great job.
I have my carpets cleaned about every 9 to 12 months and this was the best job I have ever had done. They more than took their time on every spot and every room, not just the quick run through that I have had before.
The process they used was so good that the carpet was actually dry in the 4-5 hours that they said it would be. I usually have to wait a day or two before I feel comfortable walking on the carpet. Not so with this job. I had one spot with pet stains and they totally cleaned it up. Two other people had cleaned it and never got it out but ChemDry did.
I can't say enough good things about their people as well. I definitely will use them again and trust them implicitly to do a the amazing job again that they did this time.

Nick arrived within the scheduled window of time. He called ahead to let me know when he should be expected to arrive. He was courteous and professional. Upon a review of the situation, he suggested two alternatives for the treatment. One to be completed same day; the second to be applied immediately and extracted a couple days later with no extra charge for the return trip and a likely better outcome. The second alternative was chosen, the treatment applied and a second appointment scheduled. Nick did arrive late for the second appointment, but finished the job quickly and thoroughly.

Staff was on time, very nice people. The got out stains that had been there years. Even the white berber carpet came clean.

Arrived when scheduled and were unobtrusive while here. Successfully removed a large number of stains. Their cleaning technology is effective and doesn't leave any annoying odors.

THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. THEY WERE ON TIME AND COURTEOUS. WE USE THIS COMPANY REGULARLY. THEY ARE VERY DEPENDABLE AND RELIABLE AND GUARANTEE THEIR WORK. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEIR SERVICES.
