Chem Dry Northwest Carpet Cleaning did an alright job. I felt like what we were quoted over the phone and the actual ending price was a little off.

They did a very nice job and were very pleasant to deal with. The carpets looked better than with some other companies we have used in the past. Plus, the carpets dried much more quickly, which was very nice. The downside is their pricing was quite high compared to other companies.

They did a wonderful job of getting up our pet urine as we have a little dog that has lots of accidents. They were honest in they wanted to pre-treat and return the next day to do the clean but, we were unable to do that, so they pre-treated the entire house and then went back in a cleaned. They were able to clean up a lot of the urine. We are very happy with the results.

It was absolutely fantastic. They were on time and professional. They explained all their services very well. I was very pleased with the outcome. They were very personable.

They are just excellent, very courteous and on time.

I would highly recommend them. The carpets are dry in a very short length of time. I just feel that their follow-up is impeccable. The people that they send out are courteous and professional. It seems like it's a company that's well run.

IT WAS FINE. IT WASN'T OVERWHELMINGLY GREAT. IT DIDN'T GET AS CLEAN AS THE LAST TIME AND THIS TIME IT JUST DIDN'T STAY AS CLEAN AS LONG. CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS GREAT AND THEY WERE VERY NICE.

THE CARPETS WERE CLEAN AFTERWARDS, SO WE ARE HAPPY. IT WAS A TYPICAL CARPET CLEANING EXPERIENCE. THEY JUST CLEANED ALL OUR CARPETS.

THEY WERE VERY PUNCTUAL. THEY WERE VERY POLITE AND VERY PUNCTUAL. THEY WERE VERY ACCOMMODATING WITH TIME FRAMES. I CAN CALL THEM, AND THEY'LL BE HERE WITHIN THREE DAYS.
