Exactly as advertised. Showed up on time, worked like heck without stopping until sweat dripped off the end of his nose. He even called a buddy working nearby to help muscle a heavy washing machine up from the basement, He apologized because the truck was fuller than he'd anticipated and the price was $200 instead of $160, Worth every nickel! I don't know what the other reviewer is talking about. Cascade is a junk removal company!

Noah the owner is a terrible contractor.  He had young kids doing the work when he was supposed to do the work himself.  He did not supervise work done and as a result poor workmanship and loss of time and money.  We had to contact the state board of contractors and found out that he is not supposed to have employees.   He had his guys tape and mud sheet rock and they did not sand it down and go over it.  You were able to see the knife marks from the putty knives.  So they textured over it heavily to see if we would not notice.  It was very noticeable.  The trim was was terrible.  They left stopped 2 inches from bottom of all doors,  then took a 2 inch gap piece and tried to caulk it into place.  None of the doors were square.  They all hit and rubs leaving them unable to open and close easily.   I could see all the seems in the sheet rock from panel to panel.  They rough sanded the hardwood inconsistently.  Then they finished it and you could see that they walked on it shortly after when it was still wet, leaving boot tracks.   They broke some personal property (statures from Japan).  Never Again!!! Finally I had to threaten to file complaints with the state and still had to pay him $500 in end to have us both away from contract.  Thanks Angie's List!!!
