Tom guided us as 1st time buyers through the whole process. He was very happy to spend time talking me through all the stages. He provided the best overall rate with fees, so much so that we got the Bank of America $250 by closing elsewhere after getting pre-approved with them - the 1st people to do so in Portland :). He was also very much on the ball when it came to locking in the rate and called me immediately when he saw that they might rise and beat the trend. Tom came highly recommended from a friend whom he also helped through their first time buying. Highly recommend.

Tom is very professional, up front, and honest. I found Tom because two of my friends recommended him after they had compared several other mortgage companies on their own. After researching separately both settled on Tom as the best rate and the one who provided the best mortgage plan overall. I would highly recommend him.
