I am a the Owner\Operator at Barlow Electric. I have been in the electrical trade for 15yrs and construction for over 20 yrs. I am willing to work off a bid or give you a budget price. I almost always like to see the job first, or at least talk it through with the customer to get a better idea of the scope of work. I respond quick and will get the job done quickly also.
