Wonderful. Tama is very creative, yet very practical. A great combination. Also very helpful with ideas for the kitchen remodel. Oh, I must mention, she was very patient in working with us on finding just the right colors and patterns. Counter tops fit perfectly. We're very happy. One of their great ideas is to use the cutout pieces from the sink and cook-top as cutting boards. We actually use the cook-top piece and put it over the cook-top when it is not being used. Extends the counter top and is very functional. A few months down the road now, we need to call them back out to re-caulk the joints between countertop and back splash.

I LOVED THE IDEA OF DESIGNING MY OWN SOLID SURFACE, AT THE PRICE OF THE CHEAP CORIAN. I LIKE THE FINAL PRODUCT AND WOULD USE AGAIN FOR PRODUCT ONLY. IT TOOK 3 DAYS TO GET INSTALLED WHEN SHOULD HAVE TAKEN HALF DAY. INSTALLER CALLED IN SICK AND I HAD TO WAIT. THEY DID THE PLUMBING WORK AND NOW 9 MO LATER I HAVE TO RE HIRE A PLUMBER TO RE DO. HAD AN ERROR ON BILL BUT THEY FIXED IT. IF YOU LIKE THE PRODUCT, KNOW YOU WILL HAVE TO DEAL WITH A SMALL CO AND NOT VERY PROFESSIONAL, BUT GOOD PRODUCT.

WE REALLY ENJOYED THE DESIGN PROCESS. IT RESOLVED ALL THE PROBLEMS OF GOING TO OTHER SOLID SURFACE SUPPLIERS AND NOT BEING ABLE TO FIND THE RIGHT COLOR AND/OR PATTERN THAT FIT OUR TASTE AT AN AFFORDABLE PRICE. HOWEVER, THERE WERE PROBLEMS WITH THE FINAL PRODUCT, DUE TO SOME CHEMICAL REACTION, RESULTING IN THE 'COLOR CHIPS' NOT COMING TO THE SURFACE AS THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO. THIS RESULTED IN EXCESSIVE SANDING, LEAVING GRINDER TRACKS AND THE COLOR WAS NEVER FULLY REVEALED AS IT WAS SUPPOSE TO BE. IN ADDITION, THEIR INSTALLER WAS COMPLETELY INCAPABLE OF INSTALLING THIS PRODUCT ALONE AND WAS DEPENDENT UPON US TO HELP HIM.

"I AM TERRIBLE SORRY TO HEAR OF THIS EXPERIENCE AND THAT OUR CUSTOMER IS UNHAPPY. I, TAMA, SUFFERED A CAR ACCIDENT IN MAY 2004. UNFORTUNATELY, IT PUT ME TO BED WITH MIGRAINES AND LOSS OF BALANCE. THIS CUSTOMER WAS GOT IN A TRANSITION PERIOD OF US TRYING TO HOLD ON TO OUR BUSINESS. SHE IS ACCURATE, THAT THE WORKERS WE HIRED TO REPLACE ME, WERE INCOMPETENT AND OBVIOUSLY A HARM TO OUR COMPANY. I WILL CONTACT HER DIRECTLY TO REPAIR THE GRINDER MARKS AND INSURE THE COUNTERTOP IS PERFORMING BETTER. SINCE THE 2007, WE HAVE A SMALL STAFF AND ONLY TAKE ON JOBS THAT I CAN MONITOR DIRECTLY. AGAIN, MY DEEPEST REGRETS TO THEM, FOR OUR INADEQUATE SERVICE."
