I had an emergency and they came out and fixed it. The electrical board failed. I think it was my fault really. I had put a filter on the air vent upstairs when it was suppose to be open. It caused the electrical board to overheat and burn. The board needed to be replaced. They came out the next day.
One person came out to do the service. The service was excellent. They came and fixed it. They fixed it pretty fast. It works perfectly. They were too expensive.
