AMAZING HARDWOOD FLOORS

Sonny was simply awesome to work with. He took notes on his PalmPilot and submitted a professional bid right away. All through the project he was professional and courteous, even when we added to the project or pointed out (very minor) mistakes. His employees were very hard working and got the job done quickly and beautifully. Highly recommended. We have over 1200 sq ft of new floor, and new super-solid stairs, and it's all beautiful! Our huge job was not cheap, but very reasonable for professionally installed and finished T&G oak in the quantity we had done.

These are some of my issues: They MISLEAD customers. I find out later this company has expired contractors licenses in WA and OR. They have unresolved issues with contractors board and BBB. They are busy and rush their jobs and rush. Quality is an issue. Followup was very poor. They are hard to contact to address followup issues. They are very responsive to get your business but don't return your calls to keep your business. The pricing is in the ''middle of the road.'' The expensive part is how much your home will depreciate. Please run away from this company!

I was truly impressed with Amazing Wood's attention to detail, the care and concern that they took in their work and their ownership in the job. We had a tight time schedule as we are renovating an older home and Sonny was willing to come in on a Saturday for the final coat. Sonny was quite concerned that the workers following behind him would not damage "his wood floors."

Excellent experience. Price was very reasonable. Finished floors look great. We had him do two bedrooms to begin with. Then we did a hallway, living room and kitchen at a later time. I don't know the total price without going through my files. It was well over $1000. I highly recommend this man.
