Advanced Auto Systems

They were recommended to me by a relative. I had went to the dealership and they wanted to over charge me for service, so I took it to Advanced Auto Systems, who said I didn't need any of those services.

They are a family run small business. The guy talks to me. Women can have trouble sometimes talking to mechanics, but he will ask a lot of questions. He found things on the computer about my car that were under warranty. They are easy to work with and honest. I have gone to them for years.

I go in there and they did it right there and there.  It was lunch time; they were eating and still came right out to fix it for me.  They are trustworthy and fair priced.

His prices were reasonable. He spoke with me when he fixed the car. I would highly recommend him.

Great people. They got the work done a day early. The price was fair. I would say their professionalism is great. Call them ahead of time, they are pretty busy. Their responsiveness is excellent.

They are good. They are reliable. I can go to them and find out what really needs to be done and what I can wait on.

I have a couple of cars that I take there. The mechanics that I bought the car from did not do a proper repair. The car was not well maintained and so, it was probably given to them to pay off some debt. They had rebuilt the engine and the transmission but I always had problems with it. I took the car to them. They said that something was not right with the engine and that it was like a ticking time bomb. They told me what the problem was and told me that it would not be cost effective to rebuild the engine as the car was about $2000. They were fair about it. They did the oil change and the servicing. They charged me for the oil change, servicing and for putting the thing back together. They gave me a reasonable pricing for what they did. I have been using them for the past two years. I had used the transmission store which was right next doors to them to have the transmission rebuilt on my dad's car for a reasonable pricing and they recommended them to me. I then used them to have the car checked to see how everything was running. Their were very fair and they have been very honest in doing the diagnostics. My dad took his car there as well for servicing back in May.
