A LEVEL FLOORING

Gareth Williams met me at the rental property where the work was to be performed. He inspected the existing flooring and gave me a free estimate by email. After I had collected a couple more estimates, I gave him the job. I selected and ordered the tile and Gareth and his partner delivered it and completed the job in just a few days. Another contractor had quoted me more than $8,000 to do this job (including materials). I paid $2,300 for labor plus less than $900 for materials. Gareth was very easy to work with. He showed up early and reliably and was always pleasant and polite. He and his partner did a very nice job very competently at an unbeatable price.

I had such a great experience with Gareth and Jason from start to finish. When I first contacted them, they set up a time for an estimate very quickly. In addition to being the lowest estimate for installation, they also hooked us up with access to a flooring store, where we saw hundreds of laminate samples and were able to get a better price on materials than we'd seen anywhere else. From the start of the project, they arrived on time and prepared, and were pleasant to have around. They were very helpful with rearranging our furniture from room to room as they worked (since we didn't have anywhere to store everything at once). Each day when they were finished, they were careful to clean the areas they'd worked in, and store their equipment in an out of the way place. While their original estimate was for 2 days of work, the number of intricate cuts & corners in our tiny condo, and stubbornly interlocking laminate pieces caused the work to spill over into three long days. Even though it took more of their time than expected, they did not increase the amount due from what they originally estimated. At the end of the project, our floors look GREAT and we are glad to have A Level Flooring in our Rolodex for future projects!
