3cm Stone

3CM was recommended to us by friends who had a very positive experience. The whole time, Mark (the owner) was professional, courteous, and extremely patient as we learned the basics and went back and forth on our choices. They were also accommodating when we had to adjust the schedule. The installation crews were great and the tile-guy Mark recommended was super helpful and did a beautiful job on the backsplash. In the end, the final product was everything we could have hoped for. Great workmanship and the suggestions Mark made on design choices were spot-on. We'd certainly work with 3CM again and have recommended them to friends.

We used 3CM for our counters for our new kitchen remodel.  Their showroom is complete, and has a great selection.  After meeting with Mark Chimento early on prior to beginning our project, he was able to provide us with a quote for new slab granite installed including a undermount sink based on the rough drawings we had with us. When we had our timeline for cabinet installation we met again with Mark and placed our order.  We selected our slabs at that time from their onsite showroom.  He also gave us a tour of their state of the art manufacturing facility.  The day after our cabinets were complete Jim from 3CM showed up at our home (on time) and did the computerized templating.  They thought it would be about 10 days from that time until installation.  I let them know if they were sooner it would be great.  2 days later Marcia let me know they had had an opening in the schedule and we were able to have them installed only 4 days after templating.  The workmanship is perfect, and the installers are very friendly and professional.  They sealed the slabs upon completion and detailed the recommended maintenance for us.  The whole experience has been great!

They did a great job! Thanks to Randy for being so patient with our many changes of granite choices. We were able to pick something out from the many granite remnants that they have on display. Work was done on time and we are very happy with the way it turned out. We love our new bathrooms!

The staff at 3cm are very friendly and professional. They helped us find the right stone in the color we wanted, showed us all of the options for finishing. No hard sell. In home work was well done, completed on time. Installers were courteous and quick.

I was satisfied with their performance. They were actually not my first choice because there was a mistake that was done but they did rectify it. I would recommend them but they would not be number 1 on my list. They might be just number two. I would use their services in the future too.

I was stunned that anyone would treat a client in the manner these guys did. They were so nice and I had confidence in them at first. But they did not show up and told me a story about a family member being on suicide watch and that explained him promising to be at my house everyday for two weeks. I felt so bad about it until I found out that they were really doing a big tile job and just did not have the time to come over. I would have much rather had them say they couldn't do the job or that they were behind on another job instead of being home and having the rooms ready for them to install and thn they did not show. It wasn't even a not showing --- a few times that were supposed to be in there car and on the way --- 10 min away, 40 min away --- how do you lie to someone about that EVERY DAY!! Then, when they finally did show up the work was horrible shoddy work. I have never been so screwed by any service company before in my life and I honestly do not know how these guys can look at themselves in the mirror every morning.
