The roof had been cleaned well. But the tech damaged the garage door wires when clean up the debris. I have to hire a garage door professional to repair it.

"I'm sorry the garage was never open or touch. Garage was rinse with softwash. No way the the rinsing can harm the wires. 0 possibility of damage when the garage was was closed. I believe your roof was over 2000 sq. ft 8/12 pitch and your gutters were falling. The invoice shows you got a 250 savings or so. Good luck I will contact you later your statement doesn't make sense."

The roof and gutters were certainly cleaned but I've got to tell you that most top-notch professionals in any area concern themselves about details. Xtreme does a lot of talking about how they do it best, cheapest and quickest. I just want it done properly. The AL advertisement says they dispose of debris, but they simply blew it off my decks into the grass; same with the front area of my house. It took me mentioning the debris out front and how it wasn't completely blown off one of my three decks to get some of it picked up, but I'm sure that means it's scattered throughout my yard. And I could see on my pergola how the spraying of water left sprayed dirt marks. I'm in a wheelchair so I can only imagine what a real inspection of the work would produce, but I'm not at all thrilled, won't have Xtreme back again nor recommend them to anyone. If I weren't at work at the time, I probably would've made Xtreme follow-through with everything properly before paying.

"Dear home owner deep apologies if not satisfied. Pics show your deck and ground are full of leafs owner responsibilities.2 bags off of debri were picked up. You live in area where you have heavy trees,leafs,pine needles every where. We pick up as much as we can and a little extra .Your front had lots of debri already we did the courtesy of cleaning that up. You have branches and leafs all over not from the roof . Roof had pine needles and if you look at the ground is dried leafs and branches. again we apologize for any inconvenience and we love to get make you satisfied. We are willing to come out give a rinse on your home. Thank you"

Alex was great to work with. He was very responsive, always professional and did an amazing job for us. The metal roof on our 2-story home is difficult but Alex's knowledge and experience helped him to easily and safely maneuver while making sure all the areas were cleaned. Alex responded quickly to our inquiry and was able to schedule us within a week. He did a great job in cleaning moss and debri off of the roof and also cleaned the gutters. The roof looks great and downspouts are working well. It was a particularly nasty day (wind, rain, and cold) and I was impressed with the work ethic and the quality of the work.

Great! Punctual and professional. We had a large, high pitched roof with a good amount of moss on it. Alex performed what I expected and explained what and how he was going to do it. He also explained additional costs. Overall it went well and I m happy with the results.

overall pretty good execution. I think maybe a person could only have a 800 square foot house footprint and relatively small pitch to meet the $299 offer.

"I deeply apologize we had accident that backed up all the jobs. But all roofs do get measured and depending on how excessive moss ,pitch and size you have extra fees. Most will charge you $800 to $950 do to the pitch and excessive moss. But all owners have a option to proceed work or not. Work only continues if homeowner agrees . Thank you"

Very good however miscommunication about overage charges. I understood total would be $475.00 which would be what I had already paid plus $175.00 extra. But it was actually additional $475.00 on top of the $299.00. However Alex understood that there must have been a miscommunication and was extremely nice and understood that maybe he did not communicate clearly the charges as I understood them. I am extremely satisfied with the work performed. And would recommend Alex to my friends and neighbors.
