I am both home owner, general contractor and licensed electrician, have been in the trades for over 20-years. Alex was a delight to work with, his expertise, experience and most importantly customer service are old world, an anomaly. I would hire him again without hesitation.

Alex at Trend Homes refinished about 1,000 sq ft of white oak flooring for me. He showed up when expected, provided a reasonable estimate, and patiently explained his method and the products he recommended. While doing the job, they cleaned up daily, provided pictures of the progress, and both started and finished the job according to the timeline in the estimate. The result is beautiful! I wouldn't hesitate to use them again, and I have already recommended Trend Homes to friends of mine.

We hired Alex and his team for our new house, including carpets removal, wood floor installation and hardwood floor resurface and re-colored . I would said it was one of the best decision after our home purchase. He and his team did a fabulous job and the communicate was fantastic! I was inpressed by his honesty, detaile oriented, professional manner and really think of the customer. On top of all of these, the project coat was very fair and detailed compares to all the other quotes we received. We highly recommend Trend Homes!

Alex does a great job of installing and refinishing all types of wood floors. He has done work for us in two of our homes and we have been very pleased with the work.
