About 7 business days prior to the expected closing date for the sale of our Gresham house, our contractor notified us he wouldn't be able to do the agreed upon house repairs. I frantically called around to find another contractor who could complete all the tasks on the list prior to the closing date. Thankfully, Super Green Contracting came to our rescue and squeezed us into their schedule. They took care of most of the items on the repair list on Thursday. The new cement was done on Friday. The following Tuesday, they returned to remove the excess moss from the roof, and while they were up there, saw that the gutters needed cleaning out and went ahead and did that too!
They were prompt, professional and polite. We would use this company again and recommend it to others! Thanks to Super Green Contracting, our house closing was not delayed and successfully went through as scheduled.

it was a nightmare experience. The work took twice as long and cost twice as much as they said it would. Any issues I did not discover or mistakes were not brought to my attention. The original contract for the outside painting was to include all paint, but only allowed for half the paint needed for a house my size (as per standards at Miller Paint) which made their bid seem lower than other painters. Even though I paid additional fees upfront for the extra colors, the charges for this paint was later added to costs again. I had to be present at all times to do periodic inspections, since the contractor was not and mistakes and short cuts were extensive. This started with pressure washing and scraping to the last finishing touches. If there were accidents or paint that was missed, spilled, dripped (on my car), nothing was pointed out unless I found it. There was even a 25 foot tree they broke at the base, and tried to screw back into the roots, instead of telling me. The wind caused the tree to lean and I found this on inspection. Not until I questioned them, did they admit they had broken the tree off at the base. They would not take the front door off to properly scrape and paint it. They chose to fill areas and ended out sanding and repainting the doors several times. This was redone and redone to the point that the raised panels were rounded and the door destroyed. The door that they ordered to replace it was not solid hard wood as mine was. I refused to let them hang this inferior replacement. I held back approximately $1350 to replace the 25 ft tree and hard wood door, to be replaced by someone else. I later discovered this was not enough money to replace both items.
I had used this contractor the previous year (2011) to do handyman services. When it was only the owner the work for services went well and prices were fair. The painting experience of 2012 was so different and terrible, I would not use this contractor again.

It was great ! I called one day and they where out on the next. It was a small job, which they completed that day; and even came back to do a few little touch up. Also on the installation of the lights one got broken, but he was right on it!!! Found a replacement and installed it the next day.
It was a wonderful experience, very professional and easy to talk with about what I need done. I had tried four other companies (not on Angie's list) and did not even get a return phone call.
So SGC in great in my book.

He had a good personality and was very prompt. The price was reasonable and it was very good quality work.

We have hired Chuck on several projects for the homes in Vancouver and Oregon City since 2009 and we intend using Chuck in the future.

From the beginning, Chuck was prompt and reliable in his communications with us. He was able to adjust his schedule to meet our need to be out of town on vacation. Once the work began, the team was prompt and consistent in their work. Everyone was very friendly and able to react to and quot;change ordersand quot; without a fuss.
Chuck took care of purchasing all materials and consulted with us about our needs.
The project took a day longer than the anticipated two days, but that was largely due to our decision to paint the pantry doors white, rather than stain. Oil-based paint and wall-board mud do not always dry on schedule.
All in all, a good experience.

Chuck was prompt in responding to my request for a bid. Once we scheduled the start date Chuck and the crew were here early and started right away. Everyone was very professional and they did a great job. We will be calling Chuck again in the future. Would highly recommend Super Green Contracting to everyone.

I met Chuck of Super Green Contracting while he was installing a neighbors new front door. I asked about his services and took a business card. Later, when I found myself in need of having a new door installed, I gave Chuck a call for an estimate. He was easy to get in touch with, arrived promptly and after giving what I thought was a fair bid, scheduled the work two days later. Chuck did a great job and was completely thorough. He made a somewhat difficult job look easy. I will hire them again when I need some work done.
