I have a shampoo machine that was turned into a brand new machine. It was leaking and not extracting the water from the carpet properly. He ordered the parts, cleaned the machine and put everything back together in a short period of time. I use Sandy Vac for servicing all of my machines- this one-man company exemplifies what service is all about.

THEY WERE GREAT TO WORK WITH. THEY WERE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. I WASN'T SURE WHAT I NEEDED TO HAVE DONE AND THEY HELPED ME TO MAKE THAT DECISION.
