Patrick came by to do a free inspection (the other places I called charged over $100). He checked things out thoroughly, no termites! He gave me some good education on what to look for in the future. I'm still amazed it was free--but I guess it works because I feel like I owe him now. If I have pest issues in the future, I will definitely use him again--but not just because I owe him--because he did a great job and clearly knows his stuff! Also, the receptionist who set up the appointment was very polite and helpful. So good experience all around.

Pat has the heart of a teacher and really lets you know what he has found and what he suggests. He is an expert at what he does and a straight shooter. He was very efficient with his time at our home. There was no ambiguity, price gouging, or open ended return visits scheduled. He showed up when he said he would and did great work. He even gave us suggestions for how to do some things ourselves for prevention and what products to use from Home Depot or online and what to avoid. Excellent!
