Phil and Jennifer are absolute professionals! They tiled 3 bathrooms (showers and floors) and a laundry room floor for me. It turned out perfectly and I am so happy. I am looking to do my kitchen soon and plan on having them come back!

First concern was the shower niche shelves. He left a large gap at the back and claimed it was for water to drain from. Then randomly filled them in with a thick grout line. Very sloppy corners and water settles in the back of the niche shelves. Countless air holes and extensive cracking around the shower floor perimeter. He did agree to fix this perimeter, but took a colored caulking and slopped it straight over the cracked grout. Shortly after, the caulking pulled away from the grout as it wasn't applied correctly. He also acknowledged this mistake, but worth noting, when he installed the jolly trim, he wasn't careful and installed some correctly and some he didn't install them level resulting in uncolored tile showing. Our heated floors he installed have numerous cold spots and lastly, he had us over order tile by many hundreds of dollars. Contact Furnishing Mart gives their installers/contractors kickbacks (money), so I can only assume this is why Phil over ordered by so much.

"This project was completed in October of 2021. Afterwards, the customer sent a text saying everything looked great! Customer's husband ordered and picked up the tile at CFM, after we authorized him to receive our contractor's discount. We don't know why he ordered so much - possibly for another bathroom that they were considering re-doing? Houses do settle and cracking can occur, customer had previously shown us cracks in her kitchen counters (not our project) from settling. We responded to customer's e-mail, sent 4/29/2023, re. the caulk/grout on the very same day, scheduling an appointment to do touch up the following week for no charge, even though was no longer under warranty. We only asked that they would reimburse the price of the caulk, $16, as re-doing caulk falls under regular maintenance for showers. Customer later cancelled this appointment, saying there were too many issues (after being happy with it for a year and half). Regarding the heated floor, the decisions about where to run the wire was determined in a conversation with customer's husband as he stood in the bathroom looking at it. Regarding the jolly trim - they did not order enough of these and the ones that came later were slightly different, which is what caused the issue, but at the time the customer said it wasn't a big deal. Offered to re-do the jollies, the customer declined this offer."
