Eastside Dental Clinic

Had a temp named Kelly, I believe.  She hit my gums and lips with the lazer (?) cleaner several times.  I left with a sore mouth.  She also kept asking me questions, then stopping her work so I could answer the questions.  I really wasn't interested in a conversation with her.  I was in a hurry.  She also kept the light in my eyes so the extent that I had to keep my eyes closed a lot off and on during the procedure even tho' I had sunglasses on.  I have always had great hygienists in the past and enjoyed great service.  Hopefully this was just a fluke.

I have always liked his staff. They are friendly and very outgoing. John Kilian hires the best hygienists and they are excellent. They all know what they are doing and are very caring of the patients.

They make the patient feel appreciated. I can usually get an appointment within a few days. If it is an emergency they will see me right away. The office is not Hollywood, showy, but it is fine. The assistants do a better job than the dentists, because the dentists are always in a hurry. I pay as I go there. They will send me a bill so occasionally they will let me pay later.

Eastside Dental Clinic has been my dentist for at least 25 years. I go every 6 months and he is terrific. He is nice and he was my parent's dentist. Dr. Killian and Dr. Adam are just the nicest dentists and they do wonderful work. We have recommended them to so many people and my husband is a physician and we recommended them to a friend of his who lives 45 minutes away and he has started using them. One of the things that sticks out about them is when my dad was ill, Dr. Killian came to the house with his little kit and looked after my dad. When my mother passed away, Dr. Killian stood up and just said wonderful things about my mother. Dr. Killian is the nicest man and the most wonderful dentist in town. He has also come on a Saturday to work on my parents and my grandchildren love him as well.

It was nice to get a good bill of dental health from Dr. Adams. It was great to know that I had found a new dentist. I also appreciated the fact that the dental hygienist gave me a copy of the bill they would submit to Cigna, my insurance carrier, so that I could check it out. Finally, I really liked that I could walk to the dental office on the way back from my daily breakfast at a local restaurant!

I see both Dr. Kilian and Dr. Adams there. They are nice and do a good job. They are very good and patient with kids too.
