Candido's Carpet & Janitorial Services

We use Candido regularly. Every time the service has been exceptional.

Candido is amazing. I wish there was an A+ on the scale. 
He is prompt, professional, and very friendly.
He does a great job?resurrecting carpets from the dead?and is not satisfied until you are completely happy with the job.
When we first hired him, he cleaned an area rug that our dog had 'marked'. A few days later the dog tagged the same carpet. Candido came back to re-clean it and refused payment, even though this was clearly the dog's failure and not his!
After some serious back-and-forth, we finally convinced him to take payment as a tip for his workers back at his shop.
We've had him back every year since.

Right away he made sure I understood his commitment to quality. He said he stands by his work and takes pride in what he does, and he said that if for any reason we were unsatisfied in the next 30 days, that he would come back for no charge. He arrived a few minutes late, but called ahead to notify me that he would arrive about 10 minutes after the agreed time.  The total job took about 2.5 hours, and he took measures like using plastic wall protectors so that the hoses would not mar the paint.  He was diligent, friendly and had me check his work as he went along to ensure I was satisfied.

I call Candido's  annually to clean the carpets.  He will schedule me within the timeframes I request.  Although he travels from Troutdale to Beaverton through traffic, he is always on time.   Candido is very respectful of the wooden floors and protects the wall edges at all times.  Besides doing a wonderful job in cleaning the carpets, he has cleaned the edges, stairs and even will repair "damages" in the carpet.  Spots disappear, furniture will have plastic protectors under the legs and the carpet looks almost new when he leaves.  He uses non-toxic materials and you have none of the after smells to irritate allergies.
I learned about Candido's Carpet Cleaning from a carpet service company I used while in Eugene.  My contractor also uses Candido's and highly recommended him.   He not only does a great job in cleaning carpets, he is friendly, happy and energetic or you might say, likes his job.
