He went above and beyond my expectations, so much so that he brought in filler materials to make my sidewalk look nice, which I didn't expect. He did the work on-site himself, he didn't just hire a crew and send them out, and he was done far faster than I had anticipated; he had the work done within four days. I have nothing but good things to say. He wasn't the lowest bid, but he knew what he was doing. He did a really good cleanup. He did exactly what he said he was going to do but he added additional things that I didn't expect; he brought in soil and rocks for my flowerbeds. He checked in with me regularly to make sure we were both on the same page. He was great to work with.

I had ideas of what to do, Don had some suggestions which I took. As with any good project, it expanded. To realign the sidewalk Don had to remove a small tree, then had someone else come in to pull out the stump and cut roots. He was pretty good about keeping me informed of schedule changes. His bid was a few hundred dollars lower than the next one, and I wondered if this meant cutting corners, but a neighbor who had used Don said not to worry, I'm just getting a good price. I think so.
