+ 5 moreI WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS BUILDER. I was dumb enough to hire a contractor that advertised! Don't be stupid like me. The workers themselves were relatively fine, but the management of the project and the owner/spokesperson were unbelievable at procrastinating. We were expecting our 2nd child on April 8, 2006 and started the process with them in November 2005. They "guaranteed" it would be completed by the time we came home with the baby. After several bouts of lying about the progress of the plans, permits, etc. they STARTED the week I came home with my son! They lied about tasks being done to our faces, and when something actually was finished, it was SO POORLY executed, we had to have them re-do things (painting, drywall, lights, siding, trim, etc.) SO MANY times, that we were literally at our wits end by the time the project finished, 6 MONTHS LATE (after 4 additional guaranteed finish dates!)
Description of Work: Complex remodel including convert existing garage to family room, add new 2-car garage, remodel of existing laundry/bathroom, remodel of existing living room. New concrete driveway, new backyard patio. New siding and windows throughout home.
