I am frustrated with them. His name is Rick Bloom. I used them from June through October. He does great work but he had trouble showing up for work. He started with an active license in the state of Oregon and he lost it and then got it back. He finished the project without an active license. He took money in advance and didn't necessarily use it for the purposes intended. Now I'm having trouble sorting it out and getting that back. He started and then had trouble completing the job. I am still hassling with him.
