It took 5 hours, this was a fairly new house with a lot of trash in the ducts. He was very prompt, courteous and did an excellent job. I had tried to get two other duct cleaners to do this work and they wouldn't do it because they had to work with the heating repair company to get to what needed to be done in the heating unit. I would hire him again and recommend him to anyone.
