The last time I used them they relocated my electric panel; it was major. In the past he helped me fine a problem with burning wires in my house. Because it was an emergency he came out the same day, but did charge time-and-a-half to do the work. He was very nice and took care of the problem. He does great work and I have no problem with his scheduling. He has been prompt, upfront and honest. Sometimes he has to work me into his schedule.
