Tillamook Motor Company (Ford) was second-lowest of three bids. Low bid was booked up and high bid was much too high. The Ford dealer was booked up, too, but agreed to take my car and work on it time permitting. I have another car, so time wasn't critical. I usually avoid dealerships because they almost always charge more than independent mechanics, but the people at Tillamook Motor Company did a professional job and the color match is perfect.

OUR SERVICE REPS NAME IS CARL.HE SEES THAT ALL IS DONE RIGHT.WE NEVER WORRY WHEN WE SCHEDULE WITH HIM.IT IS NEVER A VERY LONG WIT.HE GOES OVER ALL THEY HAVE DONE ON VEHICLE SO YOU KNOW HOW EVERYTHING IS OPERATING. WE HIGHLY RECOMEND HIM AND TILLAMOOK FORD.

We were staying on the coast for vacation. My '96 Chevy S-10 had been driving rough and with the service engine light on for the past 200 miles. We couldn't find anyone available to take a look at it, and i wasn't about to drive it the 800 miles home, I didn't know if it would even last 20. Finally one of the other shops said they would take a look at it. They did, and told me it was the timing chain and they could replace it the following week, we weren't there that long. He referred us to Tillamook motors because they were the biggest shop in town. When we arrived we got service right away. The service manager was fantastic, and between juggling other phone calls and moving at 600 miles per minute he took a look at it and thought it was either the timing chain or something hitting in the oil pan. He moved appointment cards around, and managed to fit it in. It was done by the next day. He was fantastic, the best service manager I've ever had the pleasure to meet. He was polite, professional, super friendly and unbelievably fast. He gave me his card and told me to call him if I had any questions or concerns. He really went out of his way for us.

I was desperate and needed an oil change that day as I was going on a long unexpected trip, the
manager understood and took me in right away. Not only did they chance the oil
but they checked my brakes, tires and other important things so I would not
have a problem on my trip.
