Description of Work: My mother and I used King Realty as our buyer broker when looking for a house during our move from Maryland to Oregon. Our agent, Patti Tippett, was great! I had never been to Oregon before, and wasn't sure exactly where we wanted to live. I flew in for a week and stayed in a couple of different areas on the coast, in order to get a feel for the different towns. Patti showed me homes in each of the different areas, even driving over an hour each way one day to meet me in Lincoln City. She was very knowledgeable, not only showing me the homes, but showing me the towns themselves, so that I was able to make an informed decision about where I wanted to live. Best of all, I never felt pressured to "hurry up and make a decision". I would definitely recommend Patti to anyone buying a home in the Tillamook County area!
