They were suppose to fix the window track, dent, lock and paint. The fixed the dent, lick and paint. They never fixed the window track.

We went over what needed to be done, expected length of process, what to expect. They did what they said, they did a grand job, it was done when they said it would be. I rang in the middle of the process just to check up, they were polite, told me they were on schedule, let me know things were moving along quite well. At the time of pick up, they had washed and vacuumed the car and went over again what they did. They had a bit of overage, less than $50 and with my signature they dealt directly with the insurance co. Have used these folks multiple times over the 5 years and I have no hesitation about recommending them.
