 + -1 moreThey were suppose to fix the window track, dent, lock and paint. The fixed the dent, lick and paint. They never fixed the window track.

 + -1 moreWe went over what needed to be done, expected length of process, what to expect. They did what they said, they did a grand job, it was done when they said it would be. I rang in the middle of the process just to check up, they were polite, told me they were on schedule, let me know things were moving along quite well. At the time of pick up, they had washed and vacuumed the car and went over again what they did. They had a bit of overage, less than $50 and with my signature they dealt directly with the insurance co. Have used these folks multiple times over the 5 years and I have no hesitation about recommending them.
Description of Work: Elk versus VW Gulf. Elk won. Towed Gulf to E &E, he was able to get an estimate rapidly and get me on my way.

 + -1 moreI like their integrity, promptness, and honesty. Their quality of work has also always been exemplary.
Description of Work: The last time I took the car in they replaced the rear bumper. In the past they have also done dent repair as well as fog light installation and hand grip installations on the interior.
