Great. Done in one day.

Some problems with getting info as the owner was often on road and busy with other clients. The work was done as promised and done to very good standards.

Excellent work at a good price.

The replacement window matched the others perfectly. The only problem was that the new window was clean, so I had to wash the others! Everything went very smoothly. It's like it never even happened.

Installion solved my problems, eliminated my draft (and ladybug problem), and didn't cost too much

Vincent is the best! This guy is SERIOUSLY helpful! He answered my millions of questions with ease and pleasure. He replaced a window unit in our house and he went above and beyond to make sure the new unit was fully covered under a warranty the manufacturers don't normally offer. His prices were great too, one of the lowest bids we got.

They showed up on time.  The mirror was just what I ordered.  Installation went fine, and took what seemed like a short time.

We appreciated the fact that Vincent responded promptly to our request, especially since we never heard from a couple of other glass companies that we contacted at the same time. He came out and gave us an estimate and helped me select from a variety of glass colors for the table. He returned a couple of weeks later and reinstalled the door and inserted the table glass. Both turned out great! He was very pleasant to deal with and we would definitely use this company again.

Other than a longer than expected delay, apparently owing to the parts we needed not being available for a time, the work went smoothly. Vincent was personable and seemed to know what he was doing, and efficiently got the old defective parts out and the new ones in (when they finally arrived). We are happy to have windows that open now!

Vincent was highly responsive and informative in the bid process - he asked over email for some initial details and then ended up coming out to take a look since our window was so large. He quickly responded to all inquiries and laid out several options with pricing. He was highly professional and knowledgeable and not at all high pressure.
He explained the ordering and installation process and met all his commitments in terms of follow up to schedule a installation date.
During the install, his crew was prompt and respectful of our belongings, and the window looks great. This is a fix to a leak problem, so I'll circle back on my review if we have any issues after the rainy season.

Vincent and crew were amazing! They arrived in the morning and got right to work. They finished with 18 windows by 4 in the afternoon. Vincent is a super nice guy who demonstrates a true caring about the job he does.

Vincent is honest and provided a very competitive estimate. He is professional, calling a day ahead to confirm the appointment, and showed up on time. When replacing the two windows, he was careful and respectful of the plants and the furniture he to move to do the work. We were very happy with the quality of work and would highly recommend him for other glass work of any kind.

Vincent responded quickly to my e-mail. He arrived on time to measure for an estimate. The nature of the job necessitated replacing glass in windows which are no longer manufactured. Several windows were not damaged but if not replaced, they would not match the newly installed windows. He was very honest when he expressed his reluctance to sell me something I didn't need but I asked him to measure for a full replacement. There really was no way I was going to be able to live with mismatched windows.
He emailed the evening before the appointment to confirm. He and his crew arrived on time and worked efficiently and steadily throughout the day. All of the crew were polite, professional and seemed very capable.

Awesome job! Mirror had to be cut down and he took extra care to make sure it fit properly. It was installed while I waited. I was very pleased with the finished product.

Vincent came out and measured the window, gave me a quote, said he'd order the replacement window. Called when it was ready, came out, quickly installed the new glass and I paid him for it at that time. He also helped me replace some balancers and anti-rattle plastic clips to some other Milgard windows in the kitchen area. Vincent was very professional and I felt the price for the new window and labor to install it was very reasonable. If I need any window repairs/replacement I will definitely use Tualatin Valley Glass again. Thanks Vincent!

There was a bit of scheduling difficulty, but this was not a major job and we were not in a great hurry, so, the work was done to our satisfaction.
