TEAM CLEAN WINDOWS & MORE

Very well, window and tracks were spotless, no streaks, and gutters home and garage were cleaned. All mess was cleaned up. They ordered my window screens and they delivered and put the screens on two days later. Great!

They were excellent.  James returned my call promptly.  We scheduled the work.  He said "we'll be there ready to start at 9:00 a.m.".  On the day of the service, the men were outside at 8:45 and rang my doorbell at 9:00!  They did excellent work on everything.  Fast, efficient and friendly. Plus, they were very careful to keep the inside of the house clean and tidy and in one piece!    Allen, the manager on this team, explained that my gutters didn't really need cleaning yet, we could schedule them next year.  I absolutely love that he was honest and didn't try to sell me any work that wasn't needed.  And I couldn't believe how reasonable the price was, I thought it was too low, if you can believe it.
This experience with Team Clean (Oregon Wash) is exactly what excellent customer service looks like.  I'll use them every year and recommend them highly to all my friends and neighbors.

Only complaint is that window tracks were not cleaned very thoroughly.  Would hire them again, but would make sure tracks were clean.

They're responsive in getting back to me. They're reasonable. They did a good job. They had to come back and redo something but they did it without giving me any crap and accepted the responsibility so I consider that a good thing. They are actually pretty reasonable.

Overall experience was fantastic! Getting an appointment was easy. The price quoted was 1/3rd that of other companies (also rated "A" on AngiesList). The two guys that did the work came on time and were very professional. I think the work turned out to be more than anticipated, but the boys carried out the work without any complains. After the work, they made sure the premises was clean as before.
I would definitely recommended their services to friends and family.

I've hired Team Clean for windows several times in the past.  This was the 2nd time for power washing and 1st time for roof cleaning/treatment.  They arrived a couple minutes early and as always were extremely respectful and quick in cleaning the interior windows.  It's been several years since my house has been power washed and it really needed it -- they did a thorough job!  The house, the roof, gutters, and concrete areas look fantastic.  I have recommended them to many friends over the years and will continue to do so.  Thanks Team Clean!!

They came out to bid the work within 2 days of my initial call and were able to fit us into their schedule within two days of us accepting the bid.  The crew showed up on time, and their leader did a thorough walk through with me to be sure he understood exactly what we wanted done.  He even modified the bid on the spot to accommodate a few additions we requested.  The work took most of the day, but was done thoroughly and when they left they made sure there was no mess or other signs that they had been there.  I was very impressed with the work ethic of the crew and quality of the work done.  I highly recommend Team Clean!

The roof clearing and gutter cleaning went very well. They were on time and worked very h****** a Friday afternoon. I was disappointed that they did not reattach the gutters covers properly and I had to go up and snap several back on. The indoor window cleaning also went very well. The result was great. The powerwash was ok. One section was still dark. It was probably the result of the rain during the wash and the late time they finished. Once the driveway dried off a few days later I noticed the dark area. They ran out of time and had to return Tuesday to do the outside of the windows. The windows again had a great result. And yes, I will hire them again as needed. Maybe not for the gutter cleaning. We'll see.

Late for the    appointment.  I phoned after an hour; they were finishing another job and arrived 20 -30 minutes later. 
They then worked quickly and  professionally, but there were two windows that did not get properly washed.  and they came out the next day (on a Saturday!) to correct.                                                                                                                                  
They did a great job on the roof and gutters.......and I found it convenient to not have to work with another company  to schedule the two separate jobs.
Overall, a good job, and I will use them again....

Company was coming, and we wanted the house to look fresh and sparkling clean.  Team Clean Windows came out, washed our windows to where they now look crystal clear!  They cleaned our gutters too.  Their work was very satisfactory, and they cleaned up behind themselves.  We strongly recommend these guys!

Overall, it went pretty well.  The service was executed well within the estimated time I was told it would take to get to my house.  So, for the primary job at hand, I was very pleased with every aspect of the job performed by Team Clean.

My one complaint is that I mentioned to the person that I spoke to on the phone at Team Clean that I was concerned about the condition of my downspouts.  I asked that he have his crew take a look at the downspouts' overall condition and let me know how they looked.  He told me that he could have this done.  I did not receive any report--only a bill, which I promptly paid.  When I walked around my house today to personally inspect the downspouts, I noticed that 3 out of the 10 downspout were not lined up with the drain pipe in the ground.  In fact, two of them were misaligned by at least 18 inches, allowing water coming down the downspout to drain directly next to the foundation.  One of these extremely misaligned drain pipes was under the deck, which it would have been hard to get to, but one was right out in the open.   I would assume this would be reported as in very poor condition and need of immediate repair.  So, I would also assume that the crew never got the message to take a look at them.

Since this core part of the job was done fast, I don't want to knock this company much. But, I would have liked to have heard that my downspouts were in serious need of repair, per my request.

I got a call back from Jamie right away and had the work scheduled within a week. The 2 people from the company arrived at my house on time and were very cooperative and friendly to work with. I explained how I wanted my lights hung and they exceeded my expectations with such a great job. They worked quickly and efficiently and even thought to hide the extension cord coming from the roof so the entire job looks tidy and professional. They were awesome!

I was very pleased with the responsiveness and work done.  We weren't home at the time so I can't really comment on punctuality but the work was done on the day expected.  In addition to the normal gutter/roof cleaning (high 2-story, steep roof), I asked to have some wire grating installed over a gap by our eves which had been left open during construction giving birds access early in the year.  James agreed to install the grating (provided by me) at no extra cost while they were there.  I appreciated that and the overall work was done with no residual mess.

Very responsive to my inquiry; came out immediately to give an estimate and scheduled the work within a week.

Roof looks great.  Workers were polite and definitely worked hard.  The only bad note was the damage to flowers/plants around the perimeter of the house.  I would suggest the crews pay more attention to placement of equipment.

Windows look great with the exception of the tracks.  I had understood those would be cleaned along with the screens and windows but they were not.  The crew was gone before I checked that item, so I wasn't able to discuss with them.

Excellent job.  I contacted Team Clean on a Tuesday.  They came out that day and gave me an estimate.  We scheduled work for that Thursday.  They did a great job cleaning a heavy buildup of moss on both the house and the carport, treated the roofs, cleaned the gutters and cleaned up the mess.  They were prompt, professional and we are very pleased with the results.  I would highly recommend them.

I called Team Clean and they gave me an over the phone estimate of $75 to clean my gutters. They came out very shortly after that and did a great job. I will definitely have them do my gutters in the future and windows if I need them. Thanks so much!

James was very knowledgeable. The day of the service two young men showed up early and worked long and hard to get all the moss off, scrubbing the entire roof with small wire brushes. Not a job I would want to do. I had several bids and they were all in the same range. Went with this company because James was very nice and courteous.

Got three bids from different companies and selected Team Clean because of their knowledge of proper roof cleaning and good Angie's Report reviews. Their price was slightly cheaper than the others. They showed up when they said they would and did a good job. The only thing they could have done a bit better was clean up better when they were done.

They are excellent. Their prices, speed, and reliability were great. They were very punctual to the appointment.

They were very easy to work with and very efficient. The price was incredible and the work was very impressive. Amy did all of the windows and did a wonderful job and was very friendly. The guys that did the Christmas lights were very easy to work with and friendly also. I highly recommend them and will definately let all of my friends know about them!
