would like to recognize these gentlemen Rogelio and Javier for the professionalism they have demonstrated while conducting the work. Rogelio gave an updated completion timeline based on the work progression and I valued that highly. I also found both gentlemen and their team to be very thorough. They surely represented Serv Pro company in the best possible way and you should be proud.

We would call them if we ever have another disaster!! They are awesome and totally professional.

The workers from ServPro were professional and careful. Armando, the young man who handled our situation, was knowledgeable, polite, and very good at (let's be honest here) calming down this very agitated homeowner! He kept things on schedule, checking the drying process with care, even over a weekend. He and his fellow workers moved w/d and worked with plumber who moved water heater -- quickly and carefully. They worked around the household's needs in terms of timing. One of the most impressive things was the willingness to find answers to questions we had about next steps -- they provided info but when they didn't know something--they SAID so, rather than making up an answer they thought we'd like to hear. The other workers who came to do related tasks were obviously impressed with the ServPro folks and treated them with respect -- which also told us they were well regarded by peers.

Steve Bigham came to my home for an estimate on cleaning and fixing my attic (mold) and crawlspace (water and mold). He was very professional, knowledgeable and honest. Steve took the time to explain everything to me so it made sense. He even went above and beyond sent me a follow up email covering what he had discussed. It was refreshing to meet someone who was thorough and honest....literally made my day!

They were blasting the radio the whole time. Other than that it was ok.

During the Dec '08 "arctic blast," we had a water pipe burst in our garage. The leak was discovered at 6:30a, our plumber was here by 8a, and I think Servpro was here around noon (they might have come sooner, but I didn't get a hold of our insurance agent until close to 10a). Servpro was recommended (and paid) by our insurance agent to remediate the water damage. Angie's list strongly cautioned me that they (Servpro of Tigard/Tualatin) would not service our area, but after calling I found out that they certainly would. They were quick to respond and the gal that answered the phone was very helpful and courteous. The technicians that came to assess the damage were very professional, thorough, courteous and helpful. They explained the heap of paperwork, how they would work with our insurance company, what their role was in the whole "broken pipe problem" (their job was to remove damaged materials and dry things out, not any repairs), their plan of attack, eventually what they found, what they did, and what to expect until they were done (incl. monitoring visits, approximate drying time). The next day, they did not come out to monitor as they said they would, but the weather, and more importantly the road conditions, had taken a turn for the worse so they were prompt to call at 8a to let me know that they would not be making it out and that they would call the next day. As mentioned above, they made it out once to monitor things, and eventually remove all of the fans in 3 subsequent visits that went well. My only complaint would be that one time, a crew of two men showed up to monitor and then they left with the fans from the lower level without checking/reporting with me before they left. I figured they had left when I didn't hear the fans anymore when I came downstairs. All in all, I was very pleased with how professional, courteous and helpful Servpro of Tigard/Tualatin was. Since our insurance was covering the bill, I can't report on how reasonably priced they were, but I would definitely call them again, need be (knock on wood).

We had a flood on New Years day and call the worst time a holiday! SERVPRO came out and placed blowers, and other equipment to start the drying process, it took about 8 days of work but over all they did an A+ job from start to finish.
