Handyman Service
Rick did a similar job for me at a townhouse in John's Landing, about 7 years ago. He did great work, at a very reasonable price.
For the current job, he gave me an approximate cost over the phone, and made an appointment to do the work. I supplied the floorcovering, a premium fiberglass-backed vinyl from Home Depot. Upon arriving ( on time ), Rick took the measurements and then applied skim-cote to the floor. While it was drying, he cut the vinyl, saving me a piece to do another bath at a later date. After applying glue and installing the vinyl, he helped me install the toilet. A beautiful job done in just half-a-day !
