They were eager to send a young inexperienced salesman to come over to sell us on the insert. I did agree to do the work after he lowered the price from over $2000.00 to $1484.00. I had not looked around for other quotes. I gave him a check for half the amount. $742.00.on 3/14/16. The check was deposited later that week. A week later I had heard nothing from anyone in the company. I called the sales rep. , left a message to call me. I called the company number, left a message to call me. No response from anyone.  Called several days later., no answer. Finally a young lady called 1 and 1/2 weeks after signing saying  someone would be out to do the work on the bathtub. He showed up on 3/25. He had 2 inserts . One large and one small. We agreed the smaller one looked better. He proceeded to cut a section out of my tub. Only to find out the smaller wasn't big enough . So he cut further and found the large wouldn't fit either. He cut it too high. He said he had to order a new insert. It should be in by Friday. didn't come. The he said Sat., didn't come. On Monday, he called saying it was in. In the meantime I had to go upstairs to shower. I am disabled and use  a cane, it was difficult .(all of our living areas are downstairs, just an extra bedroom and bath is up).. I had made plans with my sister to go our of town that Monday. I did not get to see the tub. When he finished, he asked my husband for the rest of the money. My husband told him that I was paying and would want to see the tub. When I returned home the following Monday, I was quite disappointed because it stuck up very high and looked out of place. We heard nothing from anyone. I assumed they would contact me or send a bill. Then on, 4/16, the young salesman called saying he was told to come over and pick up the check for remaining amount. $742.00. Then he set up Mon. but cancelled. Set up for Tues. 4/19. He came over and I  explained I was not happy with the insert and was upset that no one called me back when I had called. He called his boss and told him how I felt. His boss just said "get the check". I asked why his boss wouldn't talk to me. His answer was "He's too busy" The professionalism was terrible. No one cared that I had complaints or concerns. I finally gave him the check, but told the sales rep. I wouldn't recommend these people to anyone and I would write to you since they claim to have your recommendations.

Were there when they said, worked overtime due to the dry rot being more extensive than initially thought. Work was well done and very reasonable and actually finished on a Sunday and cleaned up afterward.
