Matrix Construction is inexperienced and unprofessional. They left the project incomplete even though they had been paid in full. Many times Matrix would not show up to the job site as promised leaving us to deal with subcontractors. Their recordkeeping is disorganized and incomplete. The foundation to the mother-in-law cottage was left with insulating foam exposed, when asked about this, we were told to have our landscaper ''plant some bushes in front of it so that the city inspector won't see it.'' We were overcharged. We were not provided with receipts for all the monies we paid to Matrix despite many requests. Matrix has failed to respond in a timely manner to any issues brought up by the homeowner nor are they willing to honor their warranty. The quality of workmanship is poor and overpriced for the services received.
