"Hello there, We show that your gutters were purchased at the end of June 2016 and installed at the end of July 2016. Four weeks between purchase and install is pretty typical in the construction industry as we have to order and wait for supplies and also have other purchases that may have been made ahead of yours that had to be completed first. We operate on a first come, first served basis. We also show that you had called in to have us out post install a few months later because the gutters were not 'operating correctly'. We came out as soon as we were able to (Fall is a very busy time of year). What we found was not too surprising, the gutters were full of leaves! Clogged gutters are a very big problem in the Pacific Northwest, which is why we do offer a gutter cover to keep out debris this was something that you opted to not install. Our workmanship warranty does not cover clogged, open gutters but we did end up cleaning them out for you free of charge since it was very rainy and your gutters were overflowing. We are confused why you are unhappy almost a whole year later with all that was done, but would be happy to answer any questions you may have about installation timelines if you are thinking about putting a cover on before the rain starts up again. The installation crew was professional and worked hard to remove the old gutters, install the new and cleaned up after the job.

To which I replied ... before you made the bid, you walked around the house a few times taking notes. There were no roof issues brought up at that time, and over the course of the 3 months, the roof did not get taller or the pitch become steeper.
With no resolution and no end date in site, we called the main office in Seattle, and explained the situation. He was apologetic and annoyed that this situation had occurred. Within a few days, he had a crew come down from Seattle, where they showed up early, worked all day and left the yard tidy and clean. They had to replace some of the work the original crew had done, which the original representative was hot happy about, but the Seattle crew was honest and did good work.
A big issue I had was that we had put the down payment on a credit card. Which was fine. After the Seattle crew left, without a 'walk-around' with us, the original representative decided the job was done and charged my credit card without telling me.
The gutters are now replaced. I would like to think they are fine, but we've not had enough 'downpours' to know for sure.

The crew that had so much trouble on your job was let go as a result of it. We agree with you that their performance was totally unacceptable. We use in-house employees specifically to avoid situations like yours and until your home it was worked perfectly - we have excellent marks for workmanship, quality, professionalism and value. We take great pride in providing superior service at a fair price. The jobs we do can be quite difficult and regretfully yours was one that just made that crew decide to keep showing up even though they had mentally quit. Because of this, I am unsure why you gave us such bad marks even though we went above and beyond to still deliver what we promised even though we lost money doing it."
Providers were pleasant, kind, and responsive to questions by home owner. providers were professional, and exhibited knowledge regarding their craft. the gutters look very good, appear sturdy and ready for employment.
Providers also did multiple visual sweeps of the work areas and removed small scrap metal, nails and debris created from the installation.
