Tim Leslie of LHL Homes spent a lot of time measuring and planning this job in all it's aspects. He is a proven perfectionist. The estimate particularly for the siding was most carefully prepared. Other siding contractors greatly underestimated (by 1200 sq ft) the board feet required and we would have been in for a terrible shock when the final bill arrived had we trusted the competitor's low ball estimate.
LHL's other estimates for railings, decking, painting, were quite straightforward based on quantity of material required.
Tim, himself was here most of the time, and always every day. The workers were here preparing quietly for the day early in the morning every day for 2 1/2 weeks. The organization to get the job done on time could not have been better. The sub contractors were all also carefully chosen and all consistently put in their very best efforts. All were most helpful with suggestions. No shortcuts were taken. All work exceeded code requirements.
THE END RESULT WAS FAR BEYOND OUR EXPECTATIONS. THE RESULT IS MAGNIFICENT! ALL MY NEIGHBORS HAVE BEEN MAKING ENVIOUS REMARKS. I can not more highly recommend this company to make your special dream, big or small, come true.
