JC Carpet Cleaning

Jeff is a pro. Although once a year carpet cleaning can be a hassle, he makes it as pain-free as possible. He has a new machine that made my carpets dry in half the time.

We were moving out of a temporary rental into our own home. In order to satisfy our agreement, we needed to clean the carpet. According to the landlord, the carpet had been cleaned before we moved in, but it was so dirty and it smelled so bad, I doubt that was true. There was a dark stain near the entrance to the kitchen when we moved in and I kept finding hairpins and parts of children's toys in the nap of the carpet. We were told that the previous renters had a dog.
When we scheduled the cleaning, JC Carpet informed us that there might be an extra charge for stains. I was happy to pay it. I think it was $50. I can't remember what our total was, but I thought it was reasonable. When they were done, the carpet looked brand new. I could hardly believe it. I was sure that the carpet was just old and ruined and could never come clean. Whatever they did, they sure did it well. We returned the keys to that rental with the carpet in much better shape than when we moved in. I was so happy I almost gave the nice guy who cleaned the carpet a hug. But I restrained myself and just gave him a nice tip.

They answered all our questions on the first inquiry. They arrived on time. They cleaned the carpet and told us what to do when they left. The job was well done. The cleaning was thorough enough to not require a do over, up until this time, three months later. It was straightforward, uneventful, economical and long lasting. I don't know what else to say.

They proped up all of the furniture and did a very good job. They were very clean through out the project and I was very satisfied.

He was professional and got me an appointment quickly. He showed up on time to do the work and got right to work. The carpets look better than I have ever seen them.

A decent experience. Price seemed high for 1 1/2 hours work. Used hot water extraction and carpet looked cleaner without being too wet. Showed up 45 minutes late but did call to let me know they were running late.

THE CARPET TECHNICIAN CAME TO MY HOME, MOVED FURNITURE, PERFORMED ALL OF THE CLEANING, REPLACED THE FURNITURE AND MADE GREAT SUGGESTIONS AS TO HOW I CAN MAKE MY CARPETS LAST LONGER. HE WAS POLITE, PROMPT AND DID A GREAT JOB.
