Go Wireless

After 3 months of research a 3 visits to the Go Wirless location in Tigard Oregon, I thought I ASKED all of the right questions to get the service I wanted. I was WRONG> These guys are quite the salesmen. 17 days after purchase, I discovered some errors on representations provided to my employee and myself. I thought, no worries, we'll go back in and just get it fixed. Again, my error. Joel and his staff are SOOOOOO dishonest. They have the con down to a science. Try to search for them on the internet and they are like ghosts. The phone number listed on the internet is not even real. You can't call this location without going thru Go Wireless, who incidentally closes at 5pm. We did not even know that this was NOT a Verizon store. This place is all smoke and mirrors!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My credit card company was prepared to give me a charge back because this con is very well known to them BUT the customer service team from the REAL Verizon stepped in and fixed our problem within 2 hours of notification. Verizon was ALL STARTS!!! BOOOOOOO to Go Wireless on Hwy 99 in Tigard. The store manager DENIED us service and actually Argued with me. Unbelivable. He even asked me if we had fun with him and his staff prior to the discovery of their DISHONESTY. He kept going and said to me, come on know...you gotta admit, we're a bunch of nice guys. N O NO NO Becky at the REAL Verizon store in Bridgeport fixed the problem and we left that store happy. BEWARE of the Go Wireless Pacific Hwy. They are DISHONEST!!!!!! Lack character. Have no conscience. They will rip you off.
