Description of Work: They trimmed numerous trees and removed debris. It was probably the worst day of wind and rain and they still did the work with a smile on their face.

Description of Work: Hired a couple of their guys for yard clean up. They were onsite for 4 hours. They really went above and beyond. the yard has not looked this good ever. I would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: I got a ridiculously high estimate. When I questioned it, he reminded me that I had a deal to apply to it that would bring it down. It is still too high. This is no deal. I will be asking for a refund. I went with another company I had purchased a REAL deal from many years ago. They are doing more than twice the work for the same price. No pressure and no shame. Now THAT'S a deal.

Description of Work: Cleared foliage from above a roof, next to a driveway, and against a fence. They were punctual and offered a great coupon deal. They cleaned up all debris. I feel like I got a great deal of pro service for my money and I will use them again.

Description of Work: Trimmed a tree, so,so. Topped several trees, they forgot to cut ivy on oak tree, but came back and did this months later when I noticed ivy wasn't dying back. 3 guys did work, one seemed to know his stuff and two laborer's, lots of money for around a little over two hrs of work. At that price I expected an arborist on work sight.

Description of Work: It started pouring rain during the crew of three's work. They were here to prune three trees. I really would have liked to have been able to have a conversation with the crew about how I thought two of the trees should be pruned (even though I had met with the arborist beforehand and the crew had the work order) and I tried, but due to a bit of a language barrier I just didn't feel confident that we were communicating effectively with each other. I was watching and when it looked like they were getting ready to prune too far back I told them I still "wanted them to look like trees", so they kinda stopped pruning much. They did what they did and I went back out after they'd left (and the rain had stopped) and did some additional pruning of the two trees. I couldn't reach as high as they could with their tools of course, so I just did what I could to even them out some. I know that I tend to be kind of picky when I contract to get work done, so it really helps me when I am able to communicate with the crew better than I felt like I could with this crew.

Description of Work: They removed a few sm trees we had near our street that had grown into the over-head lines, trimmed up an older lg tree that had also grown into the power lines, no problem for them, trimmed our Arborvites to abot 20', I think this was the first time this had been done in 30-years! Trimmed branches fm older trees so they were away fm the house. They did a lot even though it doesn't sound like much because everything was over grown. | |They were extremely professional, polite, punctual and friendly.

Description of Work: Cut down and ground the stumps of 7 large trunks of a 60 ft. Japanese maple tree that was pushing in the side of my garage.

Description of Work: Took down 1 tree and ground out several stumps. just wish the underground utility marker person hadn't been so liberal with the spray paint! Will use them again when I need them.

Description of Work: The 3 workers were on time, worked straight through and very efficiently. Slight communication problem with what was to be done requiring a phone call to company by worker to confirm. Also possibly distracted later on by neighbor request to cut a branch not in the agreement but paid out of pocket by him. This pushed workers to their time limitation which resulted in a branch hanging over my property not being cut. I was impressed by how well the work that was done but felt the neighbor's work caused an extra cutting event and shortened time on my project. Not their fault.
