The quote came in comparable with other quotes for both the irrigation and the low-voltage lighting work. Advanced Landscape gave us a starting date and were there right on time to begin work. Even though the weather was not conducive to working outside, both Lenny and Mark layed out the irrigation system, dug the trenches for the lines, and completed the work in the projected time frame. We ran into a problem with the existing supply line buried underground which I had resolved so Advanced could continue on with their work.
The system entailed installing 6 new sprinkler heads in one zone, a complete drip system for various planter locations in the front yard and side garden area on 2 additional zones. They tied the new system into our existing irrigation system and re-located and upgraded the front system that was removed with the remodel.
We also had Advanced install a completely new low-voltage system in our front yard area illuminating 2 sets of steps, uplighting our address numbers along the new front wall, uplighting 2 large palm plants, as well as other path lights in the yard. They also installed some new, matching post lights to our existing system in the back yard to illuminate the driveway as you enter the yard.
All the work was done in a professional manner in the projected timeframe with great attention to detail in all phases of the work. It is evident that both Lenny's and Mark's experience levels are broad in both irrigation and lighting. There were a number of suggestions on their part that made the overall project more effective and efficient than it would have been using my perceived ideas!
I have already given Advanced Landscape and Irrigation's name to friends looking to do similar work as ours. It's a professional organization and I recommend them and their work strongly.
