Description of Work: I used the Big Deal and auto detailing service of Ace Car Reconditioning LLC. They did a complete auto detail on two vehicles.

Description of Work: Too far to travel for their service. I thought I could wait for my car to be done but I had to call my daughter to pick me up after taking my car. Then had to be transported back to pick car up. Not worth the hassle. Don't remember date of service.

Description of Work: When I purchased it, I entered the information in on the voucher website (as directed) but never heard from anyone. I had to call them twice to set up the appointment. The evening before my appointment, I received a call that the detailer was ill and they would call me back to reschedule. I had already made arrangements for transportation (since they do not offer a shuttle service unless you pay the same rate that a taxi would have cost--which makes no sense to me). I waited two weeks and did not receive a phone call to reschedule. I called them again and have another appointment...and have had to make arrangements again for transportation.

Description of Work: Had the car detailed. They did a great job.

Description of Work: After scheduling and being told to expect a 4 hour service I was called 2 different times to push back the pick up time. I would have scheduled a different day for detailing if I had known it would take more than 8 hours. Even after the two delays I waited for them to finish up for an additional 30 minutes, so the carpets were wet. I only had the inside of my car detailed and it seemed that they hadn't even started until well after they were supposed to be done. Perhaps those with coupons are last priority? The quality of work done was not the issue. Taking more than twice as long as initially quoted is a deal breaker though.

Description of Work: Did not use this. The rating system would not just let me say did not use this. The times available and location did not work with my schedule. Can not rate this services since I did not use it. Will say C because could not work out time for service that worked.

Description of Work: They did a great job with the detail. The issue was trying to get a hold of them. I left multiple messages (about 4) before someone finally got back to me. They set my appointment up for 8am (along with a couple others), then proceeded to show up over 20 minutes late. Actually, I left after 20 minutes and dropped my keys in their drop box. I am not sure when they actually showed up.

Description of Work: Exterior and Interior detailing. Pet hair in the cargo area if our small SUV (Hyundai Tucson). Upcharges for SUV, use of Oil, and one other item. The up charges appeared to be random and made up. I say that because these are not stated anywhere publicly in the Ace (Tigard) office.

Description of Work: I bought a big deal for Great Valentine's Day Gift: $99 for Interior Auto Detailing & Exterior Handwash Package! They washed the outside of the car and vacuumed/detailed the inside of the car. They did a good job.
