l they are a to send valentines gift to girlfriend on thursday the day before valentines day as she does not work on fridays. They said that would be great. my friend did not recieve the flowers i called and said they were delivered the next day at her house. I called back a little upset and asked for a reason why they were sent to her house a day late and there response was that they were only human. I felt there appology was not sincere. I think a better apology and maybe an offer of a future discount maybe 10 percent would have made me feel a little better. I have been a customer several times in the past with no complaints in the past.. good shop as long as there are no problems.
