Cascade Sweeps came to our house in Trout Lake near the time they promised. Within an hour they had cleaned two chimneys, gave me a report of their condition, and cleaned up both inside and out. I was very satisfied with their work.
They accomplish the chimney cleaning by taping all pipe joints, surround the stove with a tarp, clean the pipe from the outside/top down by sweeping all the debris into the fire box, and then vacuuming out the firebox. They then remove the tape and tarps and completely clean up.
